Spend some time in your own garden engaging with nature
Do a short meditation in which you visualise yourself in a natural scene of great beauty, focusing on smells, sounds, and textures as well as sights.
Then write down how you feel after engaging with nature, here in this thread. Is there a change in your feelings? Has being in nature made you feel more in flow? What could you do to incorporate this into your routine? What could you do to give something back to nature?
