Thank you! I think this is to do with my fitness...I have got back into being healthy this past week and I am doing really well...eating much better, exercising...the road ahead is long as I want this to be permenant change but to succeed, I definitely need to focus on the positive. Thanks!

Watch Your Thoughts "It's important to only think about what you desire, not what you fear."
They are almost warning you here, honey. As positive begets positive, as does the negative. Be sure to keep careful watch over your thoughts the next few days, how many are positive, how many are negative? If you're wanting a positive change, but things just aren't happening, then it could be that your thoughts are negative, and not reflecting what you want. Don't be afraid of getting what you want by thoughts...
