I walk quite a lot, several times a week - either out and about, or walking Daniel to/from school. I don't do any other specific exercise.

Doctors say walking is the best type of exercise people in general can get though hon

I am doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred at the moment. I am on day 25 of 30. I do it every day but it is not long ca 25 minutes and I see results...Arms a lot more toned up, losing fat. Once I have finished this, I will go to exercising 3-4 times a week but longer more like an hour. I do love exercising, probably the buzz at the end more than anything else but I am on a mission to get my body back. I have been eating a lot better recently too..less meat, brown bread, hardly any crap at all.

i have been running for the last year-ish, and I love it. It is just good 'down' time, and lets me put the day behind me or get ready for the day ahead. I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago and haven't been able to run and I definitely notice how it affects my mood.

I am not about exercise. I know I SHOULD.. well when my immune system is not acting up.. but blech. I like to take walks in the neighborhood or the park.. but the other stuff? Nah. Well.. except for Pilates.

Same here!

my excercise consists of just daily chores around the house. When spring/summer is back in swing, we'll add in some nice walks
