I am doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred at the moment. I am on day 25 of 30. I do it every day but it is not long ca 25 minutes and I see results...Arms a lot more toned up, losing fat. Once I have finished this, I will go to exercising 3-4 times a week but longer more like an hour. I do love exercising, probably the buzz at the end more than anything else but I am on a mission to get my body back. I have been eating a lot better recently too..less meat, brown bread, hardly any crap at all.
i have been running for the last year-ish, and I love it. It is just good 'down' time, and lets me put the day behind me or get ready for the day ahead. I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago and haven't been able to run and I definitely notice how it affects my mood.

I am not about exercise. I know I SHOULD.. well when my immune system is not acting up.. but blech. I like to take walks in the neighborhood or the park.. but the other stuff? Nah. Well.. except for Pilates.
