Hey ladies.
I know it's been a while since I posted, but life has been kind of crazy I left my husband two ish months ago and I've been trying to adapt to that.
Do you remember me telling you about the haunted house that my friend lived in? Well I'm now living in that house. I needed a place to go when I left.
Anyways since moving in here I have felt drained and disconnected with my spiritual self. I'm not sure if it's the negative energies/spirits in the house or not but it would make sense if it was.
So I wanted to know if anyone had any tips about how to make it so they're not making me feel this way? Any little chants or something? An Insence to burn or? As well if there's anything I can do to help my daughter sleep as I feel that they wake her up during the night.
Thanks a ton ladies I really appreciate it

First thing I'd suggest is to smudge with some sage and surround the house with white light. You and your daughter need to tell the entities also to go to the light and they aren't welcome anymore. Hopefully that works. KUP!

Ditto to advice already given. I will add, that just by telling them to go away doesn't mean they will....LOL...right Tiff and Anne?
However, it may settle them down enough that they aren't as strong. I know this from experience. I have a ghost in my basement who's not the nicest, and while he hasn't "went away" he's quieted down a lot, until specific people who are sensitive to him, come over. Then he plays on their emotions b/c they haven't practiced to block out his energy. Just a thought, honey!

Yes, you CAN trap them in the basement... Honestly, if the sage doesn't work along with telling them to go away, a banishing may be in order...

Thanks so much for the advice ladies. The house has been cleansed before and they haven't gone away. There's about 5 or 6 spirits in the house and they have ghost hunters all over Canada trying to come over and TV shows wanting to film in here.
The one spirit is kind of "in charge" and is a very strong spirit.
They haven't been TOO active lately, I just don't like feeling this way ya know?
I'll try doing the sage and concentrate mostly in my daughter's room. She has slept through the night the last two nights so fingers crossed.
Thanks so much for the advice ladies
And when I get a chance (since I'm on my iPhone) I'm gonna check out that book Jackie
Oh ps
We totally live in the basement suite

Kind of eliminates one of the possibilities, doesn't it...maybe Tasha can banish them to an old outhouse or something!

my aunt's house has a little girl ghost who REFUSES to go away . . . they've tried almost everything except banishing. She loves their 6 little dogs and has no intention of going anywhere. But she's friendly, so it's not really an issue, unless she misbehaves, which she is known to do . . . she loves my aunt's jewelry and perfume and sometimes takes them. Sometimes she returns stuff, but the ring my uncle bought her for Christmas 2 yrs ago never resurfaced. They only had it 1 day.

There's an 8 year old who lovvves to play games. I can sometime see her peekig out from the door jam playing hide and seek
The one morning I was having a rough time with Nevaeh at like 3am, she kept opening the bathroom mirror when I wasn't looking
Her I don't mind, it's the one full of negativity that I could do without... Thank goodness we're hoping to move by the summer at the latest!!
