I went to one of my favorite shops to get a couple stones, mainly for a friend, but I picked out a few for myself too. I always take my time and try to feel for the right one for me, try not to go for what I think I need or want. I was drawn to 3-blue kyanite, serpentine, and a third but the name completely escapes me at the moment. I picked them out and had a lovely chat with the woman working there. She asked if Greyson could have a stone, if he was old enough. I said of course, he has some of his own already. She picked out a tigers eye with a spot of hematite and said it may help balance his energy
(he is quite the bouncy ball of never ending energy!) She was glad I picked the kyanite and serpentine after I mentioned beginning chakra work.
The blue kyanite is said to automatically align chakras, but with intent, can help open them, its calming, brings clarity, helps in meditation, specifically a third eye chakra stone, can aid communication with spirit guides, angels, promotes telepathy and your individual psychic abilities.
The serpentine clears clouded chakras, enhances meditation, and raises Kundalini-I am no where near ready to tackle that so I focus on the heart chakra benefits
Its said to aid contact with angelic guidence and aid in healing the earth or accessing the planets energy. *It also says that it aids in cellular regeneration, healing heart, lungs, diabetes, eliminating parasites, and aids your ability to absorb calcium and magnesium. Interesting
The third she said is very protective and can help finances.... Pyrite maybe?
Boy thats a lot! I did meditate a bit last night with the kyanite. I kept getting a very warm sensation in my hand that would come and go, normal to hot. I am excited to continue working with these stones and had to share
