I am grateful that I'm losing weight.
I am grateful that my family and I are together.
I am grateful that I've been successful in battling some inner demons!
I am grateful that my affirmations are paying off (literally)!
I am grateful that I woke up this morning, and even though everything was going wrong, I stayed in a good mood! ♥

2. Grateful I can finally get help for my oldest and his behavior issues.
3. Grateful Dan is sleeping decently tonight/today.
