Yesterday I made tuna, sweetcorn and avocado pasta and will be eating the second half of that for Sunday dinner with a bit of cheese and maybe some tomato and cucumber. Yesterday I had my main meal at lunch time to try and ward off the dreadful heartburn I've been getting of an evening, and it worked, so will be doing that again.

What about the rest of you?
