I tried this last night.
I used to (a long time ago) have a tree meditation kinda like this but it was much more in depth. This one did calm me down but I wasn't too big on "focusing on the outward" breathe. Also, her voice kinda seemed a little silly to me

I'm still happy I did it though, I really needed a way to relax last night.
After I did that, I also did a 14min long guided mediation chakra that had the "gong" sounds that corresponded to each chakra. I could really REALLY feel the chakras, it was amazing.
I also had very vivid dreams last night (that I"ll interpret here in a bit).
