After we talked about this in the chit-chat thread I went looking for some inspirational and motivational help online.
If you have a minute, pick one and go have a read, I have put them in order of usefulness from my perspective. Number 1 has plenty of tangible practical advice which I thought we might find useful. Number 2 is an actual tool or exercise you can do to appraise how balanced (or not) your life is and take action on it. Number 3 is like a catalogue of inspiration.
You can also use this thread to discuss any work you do or any other ideas you come across in terms of achieving balance, so we can help each other.
