Do you think worries produce an actual sensation of physical weight?
What do you think this does to you on an energetic level?
I made the decision to stand down from 2 of my JM boards this week, after limping on through the craziness of the last few weeks. Now I see JM as fun and as a hobby, and honestly it didn't occur to me that hosting responsibilities would add to stress. I simply stood down because of limited time and feeling like I'm neglecting all my boards because I had too many for me right now. But honestly I have felt lighter since. I now don't feel guilty spending as long as I like on this board, or on fun things like Pinterest for that matter, when I get online time.
Hm, Im not sure if it translates into weight for me, but I feel it as a tightness, feeling stiff. Once I let go of something, I can feel my body move more easily and loosen up.
Energetically, Im sure that things can flow much more easily when I am not wound into a tight mess. I can feel it more like fluid, like a current, once the dam is down.
I do feel it as weight.. and as tightness like Ashleigh. It will literally weigh down your energy and can really mess with your aura and chakras. Taking an internal inventory and removing stressors is so good for you! xo
