I had a lie-in this morning, and couldn't get back to sleep (I struggle to sleep during the day, I have to be REALLY ill, or VERY medicated, for that to happen), so I ended up watching re-runs of Cheers. It has to be a long time since I've just watched rubbish on TV and enjoyed it lol. I really should do it more often, and I'm sure if I did, I would be ill far less.
How do you know when your body's hinting at needing some R+R?
If you can get time to do it, what do you do to chill out?
Ive been trying to take hints from my body more quickly through this pregnancy. Otherwise I end up extremely uncomfortable! Lately, my R&R has been half-sleeping through a movie with Greyson, listening to my hypnobirthing cds, and watching the Daily Show before falling asleep at night. Im hoping to work in a massage next week too...
