These are the affirmations I am currently doing each day.
I am healthy. I am strong. I am whole. I am healed. I am immune. x 9
I am growth. I am abundance. I am love. I am joy. I am truth. x 9
I am rested. I am relaxed. I am peace. x 9
I only introduced the "rested and relaxed" bit yesterday - the weekend ended up being a bit manic with one job and another and I never got any time to sit and relax which I really needed. It had felt like there was one demand on me after another. So I am yet to see the benefits of that.
However the other two parts I've been doing since last week.
I am pretty sure I have the beginnings of post-viral fatigue syndrome at present. I've had it before, I was unwell over Christmas, and I am constantly tired, needing to sleep more, aching all over, having a bad head. However the last two days especially I've noticed I've had more energy even though I've had lots to do. And this morning I felt all that stuff when I woke up and was struggling to get up. So I decided to say the affirmations straight away. I didn't think about it this morning, but I can say for sure this afternoon my head has cleared and I don't feel as achy or tired, and I haven't taken any paracetamol.
As for the spiritual growth, I think we covered that in a separate post.
Abundance wise (monetary anyway) I still seem to be keeping afloat despite neither of us working.
So just wanted to say I am impressed, and to thank you for doing the daily affirmations and I hope you will continue to do so for when I outgrow these ones!
Would it be ok if I write about I AM affirmations on my blog? I won't if you'd rather I didn't steal your idea.
My plan is to continue with these affirmations.. and to keep adding to them.. and to write about them in larger and more varied audiences.. however, I AM affirmations are not my idea! They come from the I AM Discourses. a series of books that I am very interested to read! So, please blog away!
