My weekly workout suggestion for this week is to give prayer a try.
Set prayers which have been used over time by many people have an added power, so good ones to use would be The Lord's Prayer, the Hail Mary, the Prayer of St Francis, The Serenity Prayer (if you google them they'll come up).
One great way to pray is to thank God first for your blessings to fire up the gratitude energy, then pray for what you need, then end with a set prayer (x 3 if possible) to give it extra power.
Another great way to pray is to pray for what you need yourself, then pray for specific friends and family who may need, then pray for wider humanity - this could be the people of a specific area, for example if there has been a natural disaster or for those in poverty or starvation - or humanity in general, such as a request for world peace.
Have a go with prayer this week and watch out for subtle miracles.
