There is really nothing more bittersweet than a kid's birthday. I want to cry because she's four... And growing up... And it feels like just yesterday she was being taken away from me to go to Sick Kids.
But at the same time, I'm so proud of her, and myself. I was 19 when I had her and I've more than stepped up to the plate. I'm a **** good mother and she's an amazing child. Besides struggling in speech she's perfect in every single way. Bittersweet is literally the perfect word for how I'm feeling. So torn.
Here's some pictures I took for her birthday Hope you don't mind me sharing.
