Looks like I'll be taking the letter to Lailah out of my rock tree....

because it looks like my cycle will be over sometime today, or maybe Monday. Either way, it didn't end with a bfp, just a lot of sadness and disappointment. I had some pretty convincing early lines for several days... but the witch is starting to show her face... so I don't know what happened. Maybe we were seeing things, maybe it's another miscarriage. I have no idea.

I'm going to put the letter, at least temporarily in the wooden box with my dad's ashes under the tree. About as close to burying it as I can get in Wisconsin in the winter.

I'm sorry sweetie.

You probably don't want to hear this right now but it doesn't mean Lailah isn't helping you. Angels don't do things on a time limit, but when the time is right. It doesn't mean it didn't "work", just not this cycle.

I am sorry though, so frustrating after all those signs.

I know.. just doesn't seem right to leave a "stale" letter hanging on the tree. kwim?

I'll write a new letter after AF's gone. I don't know when DH will go back for sure, it seems like the 4th might be the magic number, which means he'd leave a few days before so he could settle in down there. As long as he doesn't leave before he end of the month.. we might get another cycle in. I don't plan on testing, just taking my supplements... I need a mental break.

((((HUGS))))

Nothing really worked for me until I saw a RE and did fertility treatments.

You can do fertility spells, wish magick, a poppet, or get a worry stone.

that's my big fear. DH isn't all that keep on seeing an RE at all. He's frugal, and he sees it as throwing money away on a chance. And I can see his point, but I don't particularly care as long as we don't go in super debt over it. He's now asked to post pone even considering an RE until NEXT summer instead of this summer if a job opportunity comes up like it looks like it might.

I do get to get some other things under control... I'm still hoping that all that's wrong is my thyroid, and that it will just happily resolve itself with treatment... which it should.

My insurance covered all the lab work and visits to RE. It didn't cover the actual procedure, IUI, and some of the injectables. My husband and I agreed on 2 IUIs and that was it. I got pregnant with my 5yo on our second IUI.

yeah.. we're doing out of pocket. DH's company insurance sucks (it's useless), and most private plans don't cover even the basic of labwork. We will buy what we need to be covered under the ACA when we have to, but until then... comes right out of our pocket.

My friend lost her baby too... one of the two who were pregnant... 2013 not looking as bright over here anymore.
