Which of these do you enjoy and will be eating this Easter / Ostara?

Are there any more you have that I haven't mentioned?

Chocolate Easter eggs!
Hot cross buns
Fish on Good Friday
Hard-boiled eggs
Roast lamb dinner on Easter Sunday
Simnel cake
And did you have pancakes on Shrove Tuesday?

Some of those Ive never heard of before and others Ive never tried before.

The only thing on there that I really have tried are the chocolate eggs and boiled ones for coloring of course. LOL

I have no real thoughts for what Ill be making or eating during that time other than a few candies and maybe Ill make egg salad sandwiches with the colored eggs after the hunt.

I normally just eat chocolate

I'm planning on coloring eggs with Nevaeh this year though. I think I'll take the hunt down a notch too. Last year she had candy that lasted forever and I ate most of it

Chocolate Easter eggs! - only because it wouldn't be spring with out them.
Hot cross buns - nope, where I'm from only Catholics eat HCB's for easter
Fish on Good Friday - probably, but only because DH is gone and I can.
Hard-boiled eggs - yes, same as above, dh hates eggs, so I can only eat them when he isn't here.
Roast lamb dinner on Easter Sunday - lol lamb isn't popular where I grew up, and DH's never had it (and won't be here). I've only had lamb at my ex's Briish grandparents house. My family eats Ham... which rhymes with lamb... so I'll probably have ham
Simnel cake - nope never had it.
And did you have pancakes on Shrove Tuesday? not this year.. but we usually did back home. Everyone looked forward to "Pancake Tuesday.", any excuse toe at breakfast for dinner!

I am a big fan of hot cross buns, they're hugely commercial here, every supermarket sells them.
