When you are in a time of distress or pain, have any of you discovered the part of you which is the observer? If you need me to explain further or give more info I can... but I was hoping to hear from you if you've discovered that part of yourself and if you've turned to it to ease human pain.
Sometimes I think I function from this place too often as a way to not deal with the emotions and pain I am feeling. It has it's good points though, I can usually deal well in a crisis by functioning a step away and getting whatever needs to be done, done.
