Have we discussed this before? I love intentions and find them such a useful, fun part of my daily practice. In case we haven't really and some haven't worked with them... I will try to sum up what I know of them. They are basically prayers with pictures and feelings. They are best done as you are falling asleep. You get a very clear picture of what would want to manifest in your mind. You use your imagination to bring the vision into focus and allow yourself to feel gratitude around your vision as if it is already true. And them you put it
