We made it home safe and sound with our baby from Korea. He is an absolute joy. If only he would sleep .

For those of you that brough kids from overseas, how long did it take for them to adjust to your time zone?

Ahhh! I'm SO happy for you! Congratulations! So, forgive my ignorance. Is the adoption finalized now that he is home? If so, can we see pics and such yet? Again, congratulations and I hope he adjusts to the time zone and starts sleeping well for you!

Congratulations!! It took us at least a week to get adjusted back to USA time after the trips to China. I remember Jaden and I playing at 2 and 3am because neither one of us could sleep. Try to get him out in the sunshine as much as possible during the day, I've read that it helps reset the body's natural clock. And when he's up at night, try to keep it as dark and quiet as possible, that way he'll understand it's actually time for sleep. I know it's hard, but you'll get there!

Good luck with the adjustment and PLEASE share pics when you can!!
