Does anyone know of a place either in real life or online where I can buy "congrats on adopting!" cards? or something along those lines? I haven't seen them at my local stores. I may start making them if I can't find any.

You know it really makes me sad that there aren't more things geared toward adoption. It has been a nightmare finding books on shelves, even at big chains like Joseph Beth Bookstores and a couple other places. I noticed that Hallmark doesn't carry adoption cards or even christmas ornaments. Macy's does the once a year Dave Thomas Foundation ornament but that's the only ones I've ever seen I'm sure you could find some or someone willing to make some on e-bay though! Good Luck!

Thanks, it makes me sad too, there should be more about adoption out there. Maybe I'll start making Adoption cards and sell them on etsy or ebay or something.

I hope you don't mind a Birth Mom hopping in on this conversation.
I had found this site a while back, thought it might be helpful:

I don't mind Katie thanks for the link! I like that we sometimes jump onto the other adoption related board!
