So dH and I just filled out our paperwork and sent it in. Well except for our "autobiography" we have to do its about 50 questions and we have to write paragraph answeres. All the question have more then one part so that is going to take awhile. UUGGGHHH. I understand why we have to do it but really some of these questions are crazy to try and answer. Our caseworker (remember we are adopting from the state) said he would be setting up interviews late august, early sept. i'm sure it will be when I'm on my week vacation from the 20th-24th, thats just my luck!!! I'm soo excited to get started buy nervous about all the stuff that is about to come. Any tips would be great.

YAY!! Congrats on getting through the paperwork. And good luck on your autobiographies, I know it seems like a lot, but once you get to writing, it will probably flow better than you think. I wrote mine first and then let my dh "cheat" with it, he said it helped him to see how I wrote it and of course, we didn't want to have completely different answers.

I honestly think getting through the paperwork was the most stressful part for me, much more than the interviews themselves. Just relax, be yourself, and remember the case worker is there to help you, not find something wrong with you.

Thanks for the update and congrats again!
