Ugh... I know it take a long time to go through all the adoption process and get your children in your home with you. I just wonder why? Why does DHR drag their feet with this? There are so many children waiting and being tossed around and losing more and more of their childhood while the stinking buerocrates drag their feet and bury us in paperwork. I understand the screening process and stuff, I just don't understand why it takes so long to even start.

Sorry just a vent.

I can empathize.

Our situation is different and we're pretty lucky in ways, but it still was so hard to celebrate Christmas and all the family events knowing my nephew was still out there living with someone else instead of with our family.
