Send a message via AIM to Jax
in the unplanned pregnancy board, we started a private forum where girls that are unexpectedly pregnant can go to discuss their options. I was wondering if there is someone who would be willing to post their story in there. (I'm looking for a positive story about someone that couldn't/didn't have children and had a successful adoption.. doesn't matter what kind of adoption)

If you would.. thanks a TON.. and pm me for the password = )

Jax, I'm not exactly what you are looking for but I'd be happy to talk with them if no one else fits the bill.

My DD was born at 27 weeks. She is ok now, but I almost died. My DS died before he was born at 33 weeks and again I almost died. We are now looking at adoption because we feel like we can't have biological children safely. We haven't actually adopted yet though.

I just wanted to reply to you to let you know I did read it but I don't think I can help - we are adopting my two year old nephew right now. The situation is a little different so I'm not sure it will be helpful to you. I hope this girls will get the perspective of some adoptive parents though, I'm sure it'll really help them see that option.

Jax, if you want I could look up my story post and post there or you could if you want to post a link to it, I'd have no problem with that. I'd be happy to help out in any way.

My husband was adopted, and is more than willing to share. If you're interested, I could post it for him.
