Not sure if anyone else has seen "Friends with Benefits", but I thought it was really funny. Kind of crude, but it's funny anyways. It has Justin Timberlake, who I love and Mila Kunis. JT does such a good job in it and I think he's hilarious on SNL, so I thought I'd give it a try and rent it. Definitley recommend!

Anyone else seen anything funny lately?

We also saw Straw Dogs, disturbing remake of an earlier movie starring Dustin Hoffman. I thought it was good, but I like those kind of scary disturbing movies.

We also saw Change Up and I thought it was good, but again - crude. To me, Friends with Benefits was funnier, but Change Up was still kinda neat.

DH and I watched Friends with Benefits the other night. I liked it; definitely better than the Ashton Kutcher/Natalie Portman version of the movie. We went to see The Muppet Movie and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo at the theatre and they were both so good. Crazy Stupid Love was really good too. Plus, I love me some Ryan Gosling

Candi, those were all rentals, not at the theater. We sometimes rent movies on weekends when the boys go to bed. We do On Demand or Redbox. Not sure if they have those in Canada. Besides seeing Breaking Dawn in the theater, I haven't been to the movies in forever.

Did you read The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo too? I haven't read it yet, but thought I would and then watch the movie when it comes out on video. I heard it was intense. I saw someone post on FB tht they almost walked out of the theater due to all of the violence, but that stuff doesn't bother me. I know the book is supposed to be good.

the books were so good! The movie was really intense and there was some pretty disturbing violence in the movie (and book), but I didn't think it was too bad.
