Hello all, sorry i've been doing a million and one things recently and not had much time to catch my breath, hope everyone else is doing well.
i have another question for you ladies with the know how please.... my little one absolutely HATES the bath, he screams the place down and it really sonds like i'm killing him or something. he'll actually scream before he's even properly in it. i was just wondering if you all had the same problem or it just happens that he's a little monster . i'm just weary as i think it may be as he can't see what's going on it scares him too much. i've tried splashing him with water first, dunking his feet in and out before beginning, leaving his nappy on! I was kind of hoping one of you may have a wonderful tip for me (whether it's related to his sight or not i suppose) he's 4 months now. any helpful hints would be appreciated as he's a little smelly lol (unfortunately i do wash him despite the fuss)!

thanks

Honey loves the bath, she always has.

If he's really upset by it could you just wash him on his changing mat?

Sorry, I'm not much help, hopefully someone will be though!

What about bath toys? Do you have any toys that he can play with while in there? Another thing to do that may help is to get in the bath with him. This way he is feeling safe and secure in your arms and knows that mommy is right there. My dd used to not be too fond of baths, mostly because of the VI thing, but once we started taking them together, she settled right down. the down side of it, I always needed someone to hand her off to after we were down so I could dry off while she was getting dried off.
