Hi guys, I am new here but have been lurking this forum, and a lot of other pregnant forums for a while now. However, I am a bit confused on what is actually going on here, for me.

We are not actively trying to have a kid, but we want a kid, just not this soon. I am 25 years old, and my other half is 31. We aren't married as of now, but have been together for almost 5 years. We do have unprotected sex, but use the pull-out method, and then slap a condom on. Last month (Dec.), I had my AF on the 5th, and it lasted about 3 to 4 days. We had sex on December 25 and then the 31st, as well as Jan. 1st before I went on vacation to see my family in FL. Again, we used unprotected sex (no condoms), but did the pull out method. During my two weeks in FL, I did not get my AF, which should have been due around Jan 5th. I thought, well may be it's the stress from my past lay off on Dec 1st --- it will chill down, and come later on in Jan... Forward to Jan 18th, and on the 19th we had sex, (It's been two weeks! lol).. I didn't allow him to pull out until he was close to cumming.. I am not 100% sure if he pre came during that or not -- but he did put on a condom.. I knew I was to be due within that week, so I wasn't stressing nor worrying. I actually got a few blood spots the next week for 1 or 2 days -- and then nothing. I cautioned myself and wore a pad - but it never came back.

Now, I still don't have it and it's nearly approaching Feb. 1st. I have taken 3 tests so far -- 2 at home, and one at my OBGYN. For the first time since I ever turned 18, I got my Pap Smear. She did do a pee test at the clinic, but it showed negative as well. My symptoms include, but not all of the following of being pregnant:

*Peeing all the time
*Cramps in the stomach, and side of my body.
*Fatigue -- I have never felt this tired in a long time (only very tired if I don't sleep much), but I'll feel tired to the point it's early in the afternoon and I need a nap or I'm screwed
*Feeling sick -- I have on a few occasions. I rarely, if ever get sick eating pizza, last week I ate what I could, but I thought I was going to puke it out. The following week, I felt so sick to my stomach, but not vomit sick, but feeling as if I were.
*Back pains -- Extremely bad pains in my back and sometimes sides.. which then follow to cramps, as stated earlier.
*Headaches, that lead to migraines. I do not know if this is part of the symptoms, but this is what I have been having.


As of tonight, i am feeling cramps in the center of my stomach, like I'm going to get AF, but it's not coming. I have wiped myself after each pee, to make sure I don't have any blood spots, but there is none. My breasts do not feel bigger, to me anyway, nor are tender.

I bought a pregnant test tonight, the contains two of them.. I will take one tomorrow, since it'll be the first of the month. Some people that I know are saying I am pregnant. One month late, and no signs, but only that one time with the spotting of blood, surely sounds like it.

My OBGYN doctor told me if I don't get my period by the end of Feb, and if the tests still show negative to come in. What can cause this, why would it still show negative.. ?

Also, I guess I should mention that when my mom was pregnant with me, she didn't know until 2 or 3 months later. She thought I was a kidney stone, or something. All the tests she took were Negative, could I have the same thing my mother did when she was pregnant with me?

Sorry, I guess I rambled on too much, I know I didn't speak of my days ovulated or what not, just because I have never really understood any of that stuff. I have read online and google, but it just will not click in... I guess I'm a slow learner.

Anyway, I really don't know if I'm pregnant, and it is nearly 1 month since my last period -- anyone have any idea?

Well, I did take a digital test this AM with my FMU, and it showed Not Pregnant. I am still a bit confused as to why my AF will not show up.

Maybe soon we can actually get this ball rolling and have it say Pregnant... I'll keep you updated this month if I get AF or not... or what happens. When I went to my OBGYN, I told her I couldn't take BC pills due to being allergic but did not know the source of why, if I was to all BC or what was in the ingredients, so I got a fax sent from my FL doc to ID to give info, haven't heard back yet... Maybe if I can get on some BC pills, I can sort of regulate everything then when the time comes , do it that way...

Totally. It just surprises me I didn't get it, usually if I'm extremely late, I do get it by the end of the month, or before it ends.. I haven't gotten it yet , although being 2 days into the month. If I don't receive it before Feb ends, I'll check out the blood tests results. My only one issue is I will not have insurance again until the end of March I believe, is there usually a free clinic around or one with low income/no insurance that could do a blood test?

Technically today will be 2 months since I last got AF (Dec 5th). It's about 1:30AM, and yet to have it, not sure if I'll even get it. I think if I don't I'll contact my doc and see what she says. It's all strange to me.. if the tests say negative..

Does anyone know how much blood tests cost to check for Pregnancy with no insurance?

If you have no insurance I would call Planned Parenthood and ask them about getting a blood pregnancy test? I am guessing they might offer them there, I do know they offer the urine pregnancy tests. Good luck!
