Anyone else ovulate around August 4/5???

Hey girls-just seeing if anyone else is just now starting their 2ww?! I just ovulated on Tues/Wed and we dtd both nights! Hopefully it worked, but if not, there's always next month!

Anyways-if you are just starting the 2ww-what are you planning on doing to keep yourself busy??

We just bought a house last week but have to wait up to 6 weeks for the seller to move out-so we have been furniture shopping, and planning on what we are going to do to the house once we move in! (If I get preggo then DH will be painting a lot! LOL) And on Sun, the 16th, we are planning a trip to the beach! We took my daughter there last year and she loved it! She just turned 2 and I know she'll love it even more this year! We are so excited!!

Hey there... I o'ed august 3-4... We are on vacation this week and I can't decide if that is better... More time to think about it! Trying to just spend the time relaxing!!

I o'ed on the 5th. I am trying to be patient. I am a teacher and we start our meetings on Tuesday, so that will definitely keep me busy. But it is soooooo hard!

i ovulated on the 5th or 6th~ today i went to the dr for my annual checkup and a part of me wanted to ask if i was but i felt it was early. We are leaving tomorrow for Disney so that should keep me distracted....good luck to all of you who are waiting just like me!

I ovulated on the 5th/6th. I have been doing IUI and this is the fifth time. Really hoping it takes this time but meanwhile frustrating myself with the thoughts of "i don't feel any different than last time". Trying to distract myself with work and other activities and not start doing the HPTs early because they just make me crazy. But I will probably get weak and buy one in a few days - LOL. Enjoy your vacations - nice distraction! Hoping for good news for all of us!

So when is everyone planning on testing??

I was planning on waiting until I got back from our vacation-so like next Thursday....but I still have a $tree test from a few months ago that I just might be using in the morning! lol

Dondra, you're like me! I said I was going to be really good this time and not start doing pee tests every day, that I would wait until next Monday when my answer would be definite one way or the other....and then this afternoon I started thinking "well, I already have a test at home...I could try it tomorrow morning just for the heck of it..."

I O'd on the 1st i think. I am testing friday.......

I had some cramping yesterday and a brown smear this morning. other than that my boobs are huge and straining in my bra.................

Ok I took my $tree test yesterday morning just for the heck of it-of course it was a negative-I'm only about 8dpo lol but I couldn't resist!

I'll test again next Thurs when I get back from the beach!

I'm the same - I took a test yesterday morning - 8 days after ov. - and negative result. Now I keep stopping myself from testing again even though its all I think about. Not sure that I can emotionally handle ANOTHER disappointment. AAARGH!!!

I'm spilling out of my bra too! and I got nautious earlier when I was getting hungry-when I was preggo with DD-I always got nautious when I was hungry...

I did on the 5th/6th ... have taken 3 tests so far (two Answer and a Clear Blu) ... I have another Clear Blu in the purse I'm determined not to use it until the 16th ...

(hence why I'm perusing boards now!)

Here's hoping for a BFN!

For the wait ... I've been video gaming

(yes, I'm a girl gamer :X ) ... it takes the edge off thinking about it at least!

Well I'm home from vacation............and I think I'm going to test Monday, which would be 13 days past ovulation, so if I get a BFN then I am pretty sure I'm not preggo AGAIN! Ugh I don't know if I can deal with another negative I wish I was strong enough to wait until my period was past due but I am not that patient. I wish (everyone who is waiting patiently ) a lot of BFP. Good luck...lots of baby dust

OMG! Just took a test and it MIGHT be positive but I can't tell for sure!!!! This is the one month I should have splurged for a more expensive, clearer test. Of course now since I just tested I have to wait at least another 4 hours. Going out to dinner with my extended family - maybe that will kill the time. Praying I'm not getting my hopes up for bit let down.

Took three tests tonight! And they all say POSITIVE :-)

First I took a cheap supermarket one and I thought it had a line but the line was lighter and thinner than I expected. So I waited four hours and then bought one that shows a plus sign and a digital one with words. It wasn't until the digital said "yes" that I believed it.

It has not hit me yet as a reality. And now I've almost gone instantly from excitement to fear that something will go wrong. But I think I'm just gonna stay excited for a while!!! The daddy-to-be is out of town and I wanted to surprise him in some cool way but couldn't help myself and just told him.
