I'm new here, about 3dpo and I'm really confused. Do people really start having pregnancy symptoms so soon after getting KU?

I'm going to go with No. The implantation happens between 6-10 DPO and implantation is what starts the hormonal changes that trigger symptoms.

Thanks Sinamin, I didn't think so either but it seemed like everyone on the board was screaming about symptoms way too soon. I definitely don't have symptoms yet myself and to be honest, while I'm looking forward to being pregnant, I'm SO not looking forward to the symptoms!

Thanks for your help.

I'm a bit confused with the whole DPO???

I used an ovulation calculator and was given an ovulation window which was Dec 13th - Dec 18th.

My partner and I did the deed on 15th Dec and on the 20th - 22nd I had what I think was an implantation bleed with some slight cramping in my lower left abdomon and a very light (almost peach) colour discarge. my period was due 29th Dec which means I am now two days late.
I have stared having cramping again and feel like I am about to have my period, the cramping started on started on 28th Dec but has eased off a bit today (30th)
My boobs are not what i would call soar, however, every now and again they tingle or I get a slight aching.

Do u think i could be pregnant? I am not too sure how to calculate it all?

Little Miss - I would definitely test if AF is late. Your boobs don't have to be sore to be pg, everyone has different symptoms. And cramping is common from implantation throughout early pregnancy. I would say TEST!!! I'll be watching for your results.

Hey, just wanted to say I always feel symptoms around 6-7dpo. Anything earlier I don't think I noticed, unless it was CM which could've been leftover semen anyways.

Thanks for that...I did a test last night but it was negative so I am going to leave it a few more days and do it in the morning time for a better result.

Can someone explain the whole DPO??? im not sure if i should be counting from 15th as thats when i did the deed, so to speak.

Thanks again xxx
