I thought it was the 2 weeks I wait AFTER AF being late. I always wait 2 weeks in case of one of the super early miscarriages. I have had a couple of those. So I wait until I am 2 weeks late to test.

Yeah it's just the date you ovulate until when you are expecting your period. It is usually about a two week time frame. And most people, if they can, wait at least that time frame before testing to see if they are pregnant. Hence, the countdown. lol
