Has anyone had sure symptoms but a negative test and what seemed to be a very light period but were almost sure they were pregnant? That's how I am feeling now. I really don't know what to make of it and I'm hoping someone can share their story of this experience with me.

Well... I don't want to get your hopes up but there are times when a woman has what seems like a light period and BFNs but is pregnant. I had a friend who never got a BFP her whole pregnancy. She could have been on that show "I didn't know I was pregnant: because when she would go to her doctor, her urine test would be neg so he never let her take a blood test. Personally I would have seen a diff doc, but that's just me. Anyway, she was a bigger girl so you couldn't tell she was getting any bigger and her son wasn't active. She didn't have any symptoms but an "intuition" she was pregnant. Well, she went in the hospital with back pain and came out with a baby boy... Like I said, don't wannna get your hopes up but it does happen. Get a blood test to be a sure GL

I'm having the exact same problem, and I'm (Thankfully! Finally!) going to my doctor today for a blood test. My "period" (if you can call light bleeding for less than 24 hours with no tissue coming out a period) came two weeks early and I'm now a week late for my normal period. I'm having sure-fire pregnancy symptoms, including sore breasts now, and my HPT was negative as of Friday.

So I understand 100% what you are going through, and I understand the confusion and the "omg I need to know NOW" urgency. Just call your doctor and explain what's going on. I, too, know TWO women who had a hard time getting positive urine tests. My own mother took a doctor's urine test as a joke while she was in labor, and it came back negative. Another friend of mine took tests consistently and didn't get a positive til she was about four months along. So it's possible. Rare, but possible.

Yes it's possible, just like everyone said, it's rare, but possible. Actually the reason why some women never get BFP with urine test is because their HCG levels are too high! Crazy I know! Makes no sense.

I would call your doc and make an appointment, and request a blood test be done!

I'm New here, and Was wondering if i could get some input from you lovely ladies--

9 or 10 days ago I Had a Light spotting that was very dark brown in color. It lasted around 2- 2 1/2 days and was only present when wiping after using the restroom and when me and my boyfriend had sex. i also had a brown tissue discharge once during the spotting. My Period is usually Heavy for 3 days and light 1-2 days and It was around the time that AF would normally come, i THINK, But could be a bit early.. (Irregualr periods in the past and havent tracked my period since i wasnt TRYING to concieve). Im not on birthcontrol and Have unprotected sex with my boyfriend FAIRLY regularly. I remember a slight cramping the first day of spotting, between then and now i've had on-and-off Mild headaches and more frequent urination and 8-10 days later im having Lower back aches, Bloating/Gas, Tiny cramps or muscle twinges in my lower abdomen, NO AUNT FLO And STILL NEGATIVE HPT. What do you guys think? HELP!!!

Yes! I am having this problem too!! I took a test 3 days before period and it came back negative. Now I am 2 days late, but have no other symptoms...sore bb's but that happens before a period...

We'll see...I am being hopeful. No period tomorrow...time to test again. No period in 2 days, better go to the doctor!!!!

Even if you waited until the end of the week. As long as your looking after yourself another few days aint going to hurt if that was "implantation" bleeding your HCG levels should be up more by then for a + test.
