Any time there is semen present near your genitals, the possibility of pregnancy is there. The likelihood is pretty slim that you are pregnant, but unfortunately it might be something you just have to wait out. If you aren't late on your period, I wouldn't worry quite yet. It's likely that you are feeling these symptoms because of the stress of worrying, or maybe you're actually getting sick. If your period doesn't come on time, I would take a test just to be sure.
On a separate note, I would maybe talk with someone about getting on birth control, for peace of mind. Condoms are wonderful, but sometimes you just need that extra assurance, and birth control, when used properly, is very effective. I'm not sure how old you are, but if privacy is an issue you can check out Planned Parenthood. In many states they offer free or reduced birth control to people who cannot afford it on their own. When I was in college I got mine free because I didn't make enough from my part-time job, and my parents were never informed.
