BFP or not?

Hello I am new to this forum.
DH and I started TTC in August.
We tried to do everything right, charted out the dates, got the OPKs religiously BDed (??) ;--)
However I got UTI 2dpo. Was on antibiotics until 8dpo. I am better now. I went to the doc 6dpo for UTI and they did a Preg Test which was negative. But I knew that because it was too early.

I wasnt hopeful for BFP, but today morning 11dpo just like that used the ClearBlue Digital and to my surprise saw a clear Pregnant written!

Regarding symptoms, I thought felt fatigued when I had UTI. Also I had flu symptoms too 2dpo to 5dpo, until I started medications for UTI. Have been sleepless in the nights, usually I sleep like a baby. A bit constipated and flatulent, but that happens before AF too.

So the question is... am I realllllllly pregnant?
I have a longer cycle, so dont expect AF until 15dpo.

I have doc appt 15dpo, so will get check then I guess.

Experienced folks can shed some light. Much appreciated!

Sounds exactly what happened to me. I got a uti the day i was ovulating. got one bd in before i started taking meds. i too had a test but it was waaaay too early to detect. my AF is due today and still no sign of that witch yet, so

just waiting......

Did you take a test ?
There are conflicting answers on whether uti can give a false positive or not.

I asked the nurse when she phoned in my meds if they could affect the result and she said no. i just got back from wallyworld with a three pack of frers they were only eleven dollars!!!

I also felt fluish last week, even a little nausea. i took a test at 9 and 10 dpo but bfn. so i am gonna get my ds and dd fed and in the bed. then i will take my test in peace..

have you taken another test? mine was a bfn, but thats ok.... i AM disappointed, but i just don't want to get so upset about ttc#3 that i let it affect my manner when i am with my two beautiful children. AF came today. so i am on CD 1. let us know when u take another test!!!

Oh I see.. well good luck this time to you!! Baby dust to you! (I am getting hang of the lingo here :--))

I didnt take another test since AF is not due until Monday. So planning to take the test on Monday will be 14dpo, as I have doc appt also on the same day (pre conception talk).
