Me and oh recently decided to start TTC #1, we had our first try on Monday just gone (6 days ago). Yesterday I had cramping and I've been seriously tired, I've never had ovulation cramps before and I'm not due on af for a couple weeks yet, it was a lot light than af cramps anyway. Other symptoms I've had is nausea and seriously irregular bowels, and eating like a horse! I dot want to get my hopes up as it would be seriously lucky to get pg I the first try! Should I test in a few days? We tried again a mod week and today, should I wait to see if I get any more symptoms? Or just see of af comes?? In need of help!

Hi there - I have had a similar experience. My fertility calendar and ovulation test showed I ovulated 6 days ago and for the last few days I have been extremely tired, irritable, had cramping and bloating but when I took a test, it was negative (although it was probably way too soon to show positive anyway if I am indeed pregnant). I am trying to wait for the 2 weeks leading up to my missed period but it's agonising!

We are trying for the first time too. I have all the symptoms. I am 11 dpo and 4 days till af (my cycle ranges from 29-31 days). I took a First Response test yesterday and it came out positive. I took another brand today and positive. I'm just worried it's too soon and might be a chemical pregnancy or something of the sort. It seems crazy to get it on the first try to me too.
