So far so good! Had Sophia's check up today, and she's up almost a pound from 2 weeks ago, which is awesome since the doctor was concerned about her weight!

Josie, are you due in April? I was trying to figure it out since you're 7 weeks ahead of me.
My first few days have been interesting to say the least.

It's off to a horrible start. On NYE I had emergency surgery due to a ruptured heterotopic pregnancy. I lost a lot of blood and was in the hospital until the 2nd. Even though I'm home, I'm still in a LOT of pain. DH was able (and willing) to take the week off to help me. I don't know how I'd manage without him here. I even need help to get up from the couch, to lay down, and even to get food and drink.

Yeah me too, I had a conversation with my best friend about how she cut down her facebook because of an event she heard about that had to do with a sister giving birth. I said I could cut out all the people I don't "know" offline, but frankly a lot of my JM friends know me better than people I used to know but am friends with on facebook still.

2012 is going great so far. Just getting used to having a baby around the house and destressing from having in-laws in the house!

Getting ready to ruck my big kids into bed, and bath Sophia. Then SO is going to play poker with some of his friends and I plan to sew for the rest of the evening

I bath the kids right before bed last night, I normally don't do it then, I felt like a normal mom yesterday.

I just bathed my girls, read them a book, and put them to bed. Now I'm just relaxing. Kind of bored, I've been waiting for my credit card to arrive at my bank so I can do some baby shopping!! Woot woot! 2012 has been pretty good so far, albeit uneventful but I guess I'd prefer uneventful to horrible any day LOL!! The weather has been pretty freaky, it is WAY too warm for the time of year and the area we live in. It should be extremely cold, and there should be mountains of snow, instead we have temps above freezing and it looks more like March or April, it's creeping me out!

Uneventful is very nice sometimes...and rare in my life.
It is too warm and the mountain here may never open (our ski resort), yesterday was the latest it has ever opened, and it still isn't opened!

Eventful in that my foster son was reuinted with his Grandmother on Friday. Then, this afternoon, I received a placement for a baby girl with down syndrome. I never have less than 3 for more than 24hrs. We really need more special needs foster parents here, there's such a huge need and not enough people qualified to take care of them. Too many end up having to stay in the hospital or at DCFS being cared for by nurses.
All 3 are asleep, Olivia probably not for much longer. Just relaxing and getting my lesson plans ready, school starts back up on Monday.

Awww, we wouldn't be good foster parents, my 4 keep me busy enough, otherwise I'd do it.
