I like hosting as long as its casual and fun. But sometimes its easier to be a guest and not have to do all the planning

I agree! I like all the preparation and chaos beforehand, but then at the moment itself I'm more into making sure everything runs smoothly than enjoying the party, so that's a downside!

I don't mind hosting casual get togethers but anything that requires tons of prep work or planning and count me out.
