I like having it every week but I know it has been frustrating lately because people have other things going on and can't get to it or they change their minds.

This is just an idea ... what if we make a new post for each so people who want to do it can sign up for it (it could be made a sticky). Then, each week we go down the list (you might have to mix up one list or only do one signup at a time so that they aren't both the same person in one week). That way people know when their turn is coming up and can give advance warning if a week doesn't work well for them or if they have changed their mind. You can even put dates next to the names so they know what week they are currently falling on. This is how they do it in the March 2006 Playroom for their "hotseat" person and it seems to work well... http://www.justmommies.com/boards/in...owtopic=281724

I think we need to take a break at least until the autumn. That way everyone's school age kids are back to school. Vacations are over etc...
