I thought it would be kinda fun to chat about the day WE were born! Do you know anything about your own arrival?
Time, your weight, length?
ask your Mom about the day you arrived and tell us about it!

I will have to ask my Mom about her labor part with me......but I know I was 2 weeks late( BETTER THAN 6!!)
I also was born in aug!
I weighed only 5#'s 10 oz.....I think I was born at around noon time. I am not sure how long I was.
That is neat about the number thing!
Someone where I use to live had a baby on 9-9-99 and the baby was like 9#'s 9oz and was born at like 9:09pm........I remember watching about it on tv.

My grandmother used to have prediction dreams. She dreamt that there was a crib with a black wreath on it. She called my mom and said something was wrong but they just dismissed it because it was a dream. The next day my mom hadnt felt me move all that much so she went to the dr. They ended up doing an emergency c-sec because I had the cord wrapped around my neck and had swollowed my first BM. I think I was born sometime around midnight but my mom cant remember my wieght.

My mother was preggo with twins with me. Early in the morning her water broke and my dad was out of town working. She took my sister to my grandparents and went to the hospital. I came out first. My brother delivered second (known still born at 8 mos gestation). I was about 6 lbs and born at 8:15pm on 10-10-79. We were to be JJ and Janelle or Cory and Casey.

I was born 6 days early. My Mom's water broke (gushed out in gallons she told me, lol) and off to the hospital they went. It was the middle of winter and there was a ton of snow on the ground (I was born on January 15th) and they had to drive almost an hour to the hospital. My Mom could feel my head crowning and sat on me (thanks MOM!) and everytime my Dad hit a bump I'd come out a bit more. I was born 19 mins after my Mom got to the hospital. I was almost born on the bridge next to the hospital but my Mom said she crossed her legs. I used to believe all of that until I had kids of my own...there's no way I could've "crossed my legs" to keep my kiddos in!!!! LOL!

I was 6 lbs 4 oz and my birth story is a typical hospital birth for the time. UGLY--the poor woman, no wonder she had a tubal.

I was born on November 8, 1983 at 7:45am ... I was 7 lb 7 oz ... Everything else is fuzzy to my mom, as I was adopted! Even my biological mom doesn't remember but I think that's by choice and circumstance ...

I was one day early LOL I was due on April fools hahaha but come on 3-31. But the birth story was not a nice one , my mom need a c-section but, they were a small private hospital and were not to bright i think, I was feet first and they pulled on me after they gave my mom complete annestics(spelling I know lol) I was born finally at 3:30 pm after about 24 hours labor I think, weighing 7 lbs and 12 oz. I had hip problems because they pulled it out of socket. But thank god for other Ped. Drs because if not for them I might not be able to walk now.

My mom had quite a story for me. When she went into hard labor, she and my dad jumped into the car to zip off to the hospital asap. Unfortunately, in the TriState NY area, nobody zips anywhere if there's a traffic jam, and there often is.
So there's my poor mom and dad stuck in traffic and my mom is freaking out, so my dad leaps out of the car, gets on the hood, and starts yelling like a crazy man - My wife is having a baby! My wife is having a baby!
This attracted the attention of the police - who amazingly, did not arrest him! - and gave them a sirened escort to the hospital.
It was all needless though... I didn't get born until some 10 hrs later. Poor mom!!!
