I think the little pouch is normal after a c/s. I think most women get it. Although mine's not a "little" pouch, it's more like an overnight bag! LOL

Mine is very sensitive too. Plus, when I'm watching certain things on TV that have to do with stomaches, my incision starts to sting a little too.

You know my friend who has 5 girls(not at once...lol)Has had c- sections with all of the girls says her scar gets more sensitive after each surgery, but alot of people say that their's is bothersome. I agree with you Jeri wathching that stuff make it tender or funny feeling. Just talking about it right now it's bugging me, isn't it strange?
I hope it gets better but been almost 20 months and still the same for me :soapbox:

I have rubbed my scar down to almost nothing. You wouldnt even know it was there unless you were looking for it. I would rub it at bed time. I was told that if I rubbed it down, it would help break down the scar tissue and help prevent rupture if I were to have a VBAC. I dont remember who told me that, I will have to research it and let you know what I come up with. My scar really isnt sensitive(in general), unless I do something to make it hurt. It has become more sensitive as I get bigger in my pregnancy. But other than that, it isnt really that bad.

Mine is a binki cut even though it doesn't matter I never where a binki in my life LOL!
And yes when I sweat when it is hot out it itches like He77 and bothers the heck out of me as well. For awhile it even oozed or sweated too so I had to wash it out and made sure I dried it or it will have a stink to it, not fun.
