I've been tracking my savings on all purchases this year so far.
Here's a pic of my spread sheet
January included my DD's 3rd birthday and we had the party at the house hence the inflated spending on gifts and grocery/bj's bills.
Overall my savings is about 25% using coupons and store sales. In Feb I'm just looking at grocery and household purchases so I'm hoping to be closer to the 40% savings range.
Since I only use coupons to buy exactly what I need (unless it's a free item) I think it's pretty in line. I am finding myself only buying items that are on sale or that I have a coupon for lately, finding I can do without or wait until a better time.
I do love having a deep freezer
