I am giving up on my binder system While I loved how neatly organized it is I am just not getting as many Q's as I was so it doesn't make since to have such a huge binder. I just listed it on eBay.

So what system is everyone using? I know this is discussed a lot but though I'd ask again.

I still use and love my binder. I haven't found a more portable, organized method yet for my OCD personality. I don't have half as many Q's as I used to either, but I love just flipping through the pages to know exactly where one is.

If you haven't yet, maybe try a small accordion filer? They're about 8 inches long with 12-14 sections that can be labeled. I started using one when I first started couponing, but then expanded to 2 filers, then they both were overflowing, so I switched to the binder after about 6 months of procrastinating.

I have a wallet sized accordian folder. I got it at the dollar tree. I don't get an insane amount of q's and I don't have the room for a binder or anything like that. It makes it more simple for me to fix it too if DS happens to get ahold of it and spread my q's to every corner of the house.

And yes, DS has done that before.. many times!

I have a three ring binder with the inserts and labeled tabs. I really like this, but it took me a while to get it organized!

I use two small accordian files - one for all the grocery categories and another for toiletries/household items. It's nice because it's portable and fairly neat. I had been using a small plastic bin with index cards separating each category... but that ended up being a big mess and was too annoying to carry with me.
