I do live in that land! There is usually a super double or triples once a month. Otherwise most stores in this area double up to $.99.

I'm lucky to live near some stores that compete with each other and offer great coupon policies. Two stores around here make all coupons $1.00, no matter what the value, all the time! Others will double coupons throughout the year during certain promotions.
