Does your family eat leftovers?

DD and I do but DH is not a fan, lol. I will eat leftovers for the next days lunch. If we have leftover meat I will make it into something else.

yes, we are big on leftovers in this house! I wish we didn't throw ANY food away, but eating leftovers is a great way to help cut back on it and save on groceries at the same time! We always have them for lunch or sometimes if there is a lot we will have a "leftover bar" for dinner.

Well in a family of 6 there aren't many leftovers. I'm normally lucky if I can squeeze out enough for DH's lunch the next day.

DH and DD don't mind leftovers at all. We usually eat it for lunch the next day, or if I can make another meal with it - Such as, if there is leftover turkey I can make turkey sandwiches - Then, we do that.

DH usually has them for lunch. For items like roasts or a whole chicken I plan a couple of extra meals with the leftovers. Some favorites are quesedillas, stir-fry, or some type of pasta.
