I do but not a lot. I canned a ton of tomato sauce from our homegrown tomatoes last yr. I have also canned applesauce, apple butter, blueberry and grape jelly. I just got a pressure canner for christmas and plan on canning more produce, broth and soups this yr too.

All the time! I love it I can fruits, veggies, meat, soups, chilis, etc. I do both water bath and pressure canning.

I just finished canning fiddleheads yesterday I'm going to pick and can some more next week. I also pickle beets, can tomoato sauce, broth, and apple sauce. I want to start canning more too

I do water bath canning (fruits, tomato products, and pickles) but I don't have a pressure canner yet.

I have not tried canning a fruit or veggies. I prefer those foods fresh. Although very seldom that I would buy canned fruits for occasions.
