I wanted to use cloth with Madeline, but DH put his foot down and said no for some reason.
I seriously don't think I could convince him...[/b]
My dh said no too. I even tried to show him pictures of modern cloth diapers online to show him how easy they are nowadays. He wouldn't even glance at them. He absolutely put his foot down and said that he was willing to work overtime to provide sposies. I went behind his back and bought one used (from diaperswappers.com). I told dh that it was a new kind of training pant. Ds LOVED it. He would flip out on me when I would take it off of him. When it was clean again, he'd get all excited and try to put it on himself. Dh was telling me how cool that new training pant was, and I admitted that it was actually a cloth diaper. He was floored! He got all excited and said that he wished we had known about them from the beginning as we could have saved so much money. He thought cloth diapers were the same as they always were-folding cloth with pins and poofy plastic pants. LOL. Now he looks at me funny if I put a sposie on Ethan, lol.
