I think that is a great idea!!! We are always bored eating the same old stuff. I have an idea for the first recipe. I know you have stated before that you use a lot of London Broil. We have never really bought one because we don't know what to do with it. So, I was thinking you could share some of your ideas???? This is timely as our store has London Broils bogo this week!!!!
I have about 40 lbs of London Broil stockpiled in the freezer, but it's all cut up into either steaks or stew meat. BUT, if someone has a recipe where it needs to be intact, it's on sale for me this week too for $1.87/lb so I can get more if need be.
