I didn't bring my receipts with me today so I don't have exact totals. Trip A ended up being $1.00 more than I thought because they wouldn't take more than one of the bic coupons. They beeped and I didn't get any young, unknowing clerks. Trip A totaled a smidge over $11.00 with 5RR back. Trip B has me all confused. Partially because I picked up dove shampoo and conditioner that were not included and had to run back in to exchange them. I also added one excedrin to this order too. And again they didn't take the second bic coupon. And they were out of qtips so I had to overspend and get All with a coupon to get the 5RR. It was over $18 before I went back in. She gave me back $5 and some change. I think trip B was about $12. I still have yet to do my last and final trip...I don't know, I may give up and wait. I'm not sure what went wrong with trip B. I'm bummed, I thought I had it down. So I made up for it by getting my last 2 toothpastes at CVS. Payed 1.07 and got the same ECBs back that I spent. I also scored 3 extra Try me Free's from the tearpad for the Aquafresh. I have to go pick up my prescription over the weekend, I may be able to score a few more.

You only have to buy 3 packs of pens for the coupon not to beep. It is looking for you to have $1 in Bic products, if you don't it beeps and the cashier will have to either push it through or they'll deny it (happened to me yesterday, she flat out refused it). If you buy 3 packs you have $1.17 in Bic Products so it will take it. Today I bought 6 packs and used two coupons 2.34-2q=0.34 for 6 packs.

So what do I do? Get a filler? I can find seeds for .10, do that? Plus tax right?

If they ring up at the regular 1.49 price and then you use the coupon to make them .39 and THEN use the 1.00 coupon, it works with an overage. I was at a Walgreen's today, though, where they RANG up at .39 to start (no coupon necessary) so they took one 1.00 and adjusted the other to .56. They were still free, so I don't care.

And about the deal: Dove is in fact one of the products on the deal. That's the first brand listed. They may not be on SALE, but they're a participating unilever product.
