I am thinking about making bread tonight when I get home BUT.........

I have no loaf pan or can to put it in

any suggestions

Do you have a 8 by 8 pan or 9 by 9 pan? I've used that before...since the dough keeps its shape, just shape it and then plop it in...or you could probably even throw it on a cookie sheet too.

I've done my on a cookie sheet before. It doesn't keep quite as pretty a loaf shape, but it works. I've also done round loaves and square loaves. As Ms. Maggie says (the hillbillyhousewife lady), "bread doesn't know what shape it's supposed to be..."

awesome, I also have a 9x11 cake pan

but I think I will do the 3 loaves on 2 cookie sheets.

I'm scared but I'm gonna try it

I make boule (round) loaves quite often. You could also do baguettes or dinner rolls.
