That has to be what it was...even though it printed earlier than the email said it would. I complained a few weeks ago when I got the ladies 24/7 deodorant and it didn't print the EB. BUT! I returned it right away. Should I tell them that??

Doesn't that go along with our motto "our mistake= we correct, theirs= we keep"? They could have looked at your account and saw that you returned the deodorant.

That is our motto, afterall... I didn't set out to get them to give me the EB's... I was simply complaining that the ad specifically excluded only the mens 24/7, yet the womens was also not included (or so my store said...) and that it equated false advertisement the way it was worded... "any mennon deodorant*" "*excludes mens 24/7" I mean... come on... what part of "ANY" was not understood??
