I was just at Safeway, participating in some more $20/20 goodness, and noticed that the BC Fruit snacks, fruit roll ups and stackers are on sale 3/$4.98. There are also blinkies for $0.50/1 above it. If your safeway doubles (sorry, Jess!) then after the 20/20 deal, you get paid $0.34 to take them home. I don't even normally give my kids fruit snacks, but if they're paying me to take them home, how can I refuse? Plus, this helps me up my count towards the 20!

I'll be going there tonight. I wonder if the 20/20 will fail yet again for me. I'm thinking about taking pictures of the tags of everything I get just in case.

Don't go too late, they sometimes take the tags down and start putting the next week's up, so your picture thing wouldn't work. I'm thinking about going back a couple of times more today and getting these to give out for Halloween candy.

Don't your blinkies say "do not double" on them? All of ours say that. It doesn't affect me since none of my stores double anyway, but just wanted to point it out just in case.

Yep, at the first store I went to, they didn't notice. The second store, they did and just manually entered them in, so I didn't get the overage. At first I was bugged, but then the Halloween idea hit and I still feel pretty good about getting them for $0.16/box. Many coupons say do not double, and my Safeway does anyway - just one more reason I love them!

GRRRRRR...I bought quite a few boxes when they were on sale 2/$4 (I thought that was the best price they would do sicne their prices are normally high!). Oh well, I guess I can't get the best deal every time!

The coupons automatically doubled for me so I got and extra $3.40 off my OOP total thanks to those Stackers!

most coupons say do not double, but my kroger doubles them all anyway. i never understood why the manufacture cared anyway. It's kroger giving me the extra, they still only get face value from the manu, so why should the manu get to choose what gets doubled

Kroger doubles all coupons regardless
