You get added to the list. The person before you sends you an envelope of coupons. You take out what you want. Takw out the expired ones. Add any you have and don't need and send it to the next person.

All set. You're in group #3. You can check out the train sticky to see the groups. Please PM the person before you (SHampton) with your address asap.

Here's a helpful hint when it comes to postage: 50 coupons is the limit I use for a single stamp. Anything over that should be metered. It's up to you if you want to keep the postage down to one stamp or pay the extra for a heavier envelope. If a big one comes to you, just take out and save the latter dated extras for a later train if you don't want to pay the extra postage.
